This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the StromNow Fleet Portal or Fleet Dashboard (hereinafter referred to as the “Fleet Portal”, “Web Portal” or “Dashboard”). The Fleet Portal is intended in particular for business customers, fleet operators, self-employed persons, companies, and users, administrators and drivers authorized by them. Through the Fleet Portal, charging contracts, drivers, charging cards, charging histories, invoices, payment and billing data, statistics, and other functions related to business charging processes can be managed.

In this Privacy Policy, we explain the nature, scope, purpose and legal bases of the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the Fleet Portal. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, e.g. name, email address, user ID, payment information, charging histories, location data or technical usage data.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The “controller” is the entity that, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

• contact persons, owners, managing directors, fleet managers and administrators of business customers;
• drivers and other employees who carry out charging processes via a company or Fleet profile;
• users who are granted access to the Fleet Portal;
• invoice recipients, payment-authorized persons and other contact persons;
• prospects requesting information about the Fleet Portal;
• visitors to the Fleet Portal and associated websites.
